STAY RULES OF LECH RESORT & SPA AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
1. Entering a Commission Agreement requires signing two copies of the Commission Agreement by a Guest (Ordering Party) and sending back one signed copy to our address within 7 days. The advance payment of 20% of the stay value (until March) should be made within 14 days of the Agreement execution date. The remaining amount must be paid as specified in the Agreement. Should the Guest not send back the signed copies within 14 days shall make the reservation void. The advance payment shall not be returned if the other amount due is not paid in time.
2. If the reservation is made within the period shorter than 30 days before the stay, the Guests are required to pay 100% of the whole amount.
3. Resignation conditions: for resignation within 60 days before the stay beginning, 20% processing fee shall be charged, for resignation within 30 days and later, 40% processing fee and the remaining amount shall be transferred back to the Guest’s bank account.
4 The local climatic charges are not included and shall be paid at the reception at check-in. The charge amount: from 1.07-31.08 – 1 PLN, in the remaining period - 1.90 PLN for an adult. To get a 50% bonus, please submit a relevant document.
5. You are kindly requested to take: your ID card and payment receipt. Otherwise there may be problems at the check-in if the amounts due have not been received.
6. Check-in time: up to 17:00 on arrival day and 10:00 on the departure day. Guests who are late or leave earlier shall not get any refund.
7. The first meal is a dinner on arrival day and a breakfast on departure day (for Guests who bought the full board)
8. Children aged under 3 without benefits (no separate bed) up to 7 days - 110 PLN, over 7 days - 220 PLN fixed price.
9. W shall not be liable for:
- unused services, valuable objects: watches, cameras, film cameras, jewellery and other valuable items that shall not be deposited, cars, motorcycles and other vehicles, as well as items belonging non-Guests.
10. All complaints shall be made during the stay.
11. Guests shall be liable for damages attributable to them and shall repair the damages during their stay; Guests shall obey Health, Safety and Fire Regulations and the Hotel Rules placed at the notice board at the reception.
12. Pets are accepted in holiday cottages and on the ground floor of Zefir building.
